She has lived in the Charleston area for over 20 years and enjoys all the Lowcountry has to offer. Jenn Gallagher Maher returned to sales in Charleston after serving as the Regional Vice President of the Coldwell Banker Realty North Shore region in New England and founded a small team, The Gallagher Group. She believes sales is the heart of the real estate business, “changing people’s lives by changing their address”. Born in Massachusetts and raised in Connecticut, Maher has served in various roles within Coldwell Banker Realty in the Carolinas prior to working in New England. She began her career with Coldwell Banker United Realtors as a sales agent in 2010, rising from Rookie of the Year to an International President’s Circle award winner.
As sales manager, Maher was presented with the prestigious President’s Council award for her work with the Mount Pleasant, SC office. This highly coveted honor recognizes managers in the NRT network of real estate offices who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills. She also led the Centre Pointe location in North Charleston, SC, as well as the Downtown Charleston location. Prior to being named Regional Vice President for the North Shore region, Maher led the MetroWest/West region of New England. As regional vice president, Maher was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s twelve offices along the north shore of Massachusetts.
She enjoys spending time with her three children, walking the beach with her dogs, Fenway and Wrigley, dining out all around Charleston, attending local events and cheering for her beloved New York Yankees.
Maher received a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in Urban Studies. She is also holds a real estate license in Massachusetts, is a notary public and SC certified real estate instructor.
